Eiger Chalets provide a unique combination of seclusion and convenience with their location high on a mountainside overlooking the Vail Valley and straight across the valley overlooking Vail Mountain.  Less than 5 minutes from Vail lifts and the new Eagle Bahn high-speed gondola in Lionshead.  Just 15 minutes to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead and less than 45 minutes from five other resorts. Summer guests will enjoy one of the valley's most colorful alpine gardens complete with waterfall and fountain in a quiet garden setting.

Enjoy the beauty and challenges of the majestic mountains, the smell of pine, the glow of a roaring fire, the glistening of the champagne powder snow as it reflects the rays of the warm sun and the fiery Alpenglo of the setting sun as it reflects from the snow clinging to the rugged Gore Mountains.

With over 5,000 acres of skiing terrain, Vail is North America's largest ski resort and is famous for it's wide variety of trails, great ski school it's world famous back bowls. Vail averages 350 inches of natural snowfall annually but has extensive snowmaking capabilities to assure the skier of superb snow conditions throughout the entire ski season.

If you seek diversity, lift tickets are interchangeable among Vail, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and the new Bachelor Gulch area.  Breckenridge and Keystone are now also part of the Vail Resorts community and many special ticket packages for those areas are also offered.  Shuttle service is available between all the resorts.  The Town of Vail provides a free in town bus system that runs non-stop all day and throughout the night. Summer in Vail is reason most locals live here.  Perfect daytime temperatures and crisp mountain nights make Summer Vail the place to be.  The valley's numerous world class courses make it a golfer's paradise. Rafting, hiking, tennis and mountain biking make Vail one of the outstanding summer recreational areas.
